1. SHANTINILAYAM – PENUGONDA
It is the first house of our Society. On November 28th, 1986, Most Rev. John Mulagada blessed the newly built convent, named “Shantinilayam.” Initially, Infant Jesus English Medium School was run by the Eluru Diocese which was established in the year 1995 with the divine inspiration of Late Most Rev. Bishop John Mulagada the then Bishop of the diocese of Eluru. In the year 1999, the Little Sisters of Jesus Christ was asked to shoulder the entire administration and management of the school by Rt. Rev. Bishop John Mulagada. Sisters also render their service in the parish ministry.

2 ST. JOHN’S REGIONAL SEMINARY- RAMANTHAPUR – HYDERABAD
At the request of Bishop John Mulagada, in the year 1987, on 12th June, the Little Sisters began supervising the Mess department at St. John’s Regional Seminary in Ramanthapur, Hyderabad. St. John’s Regional Seminary serves seminarians from various dioceses across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as they undergo priestly formation.

3. YESU ASHRAM – ADAMILLI
This is the second house of our Society. In the year 1988, on October 4th, this house was blessed by Bishop John Mulagada. Witnessing the suffering of the local community, who frequently endured deadly snake bites, Sr. Nirmala, our Foundress, felt compelled to provide assistance. Sister Pushpam underwent special training to treat snake bites using medicated stones and began offering this treatment to the community. On September 28, 2023, Most Rev. Jaya Rao Polimera inaugurated the St. Charles Ayurveda Clinic on this campus. Today, the sisters conduct catechism classes and engage in family apostolate work in the Tadikalapudi parish, continuing their mission of service to the local community.

4. SHANTI BHAVAN – JANAMPET
The Formation House of the Congregation was established in the year 1999 on 18th February. The house was officially blessed and inaugurated by Bishop John Mulagada. The sisters work in close collaboration with the parish priest of Janampet, supporting village ministries in the substation. The sisters actively conduct catechism classes and prayer services, serving the spiritual needs of the local community.

5. SOCIAL SERVICE CENTRE
The Social Service Centre in the Diocese of Eluru began its service in 1997 at the request of Bishop John Mulagada, specifically focusing on the Sponsorship Program to support local communities in need.
6. ALPHONSA BHAVAN – ASHOKNAGAR
“Alphonsa Bhavan,” was blessed by Most Rev. John Mulagada on 28th July 2003. This house serves as a temporary Generalate and Study house of the Congregation. The sisters at Alphonsa Bhavan are deeply involved in village ministry, liturgical services, and teaching catechism within the parish.

7. SHANTI SADAN – TRICHUR
Home for the Aged was blessed on 12 July 2017 by His Grace Archbishop Mar. Andrews Thazhath. Sisters in this house care for the elderly women. The sisters also conduct catechism classes and prayer services.

8. MARIA BHAVAN – DHARMARAM
St. Antony’s English Medium School in Dharmaram was generously gifted to the Little Sisters by Fr. Jose Kaimlet. The convent was inaugurated and blessed by Bishop Govindu Joji on February 22, 2020.Sisters assist the parish priest in the evangelization work in the parish as well as in the two substations.

9. SACRED HEART BOARDING – NALLARAIGUDA
In the year 2000, the Little Sisters were invited by Bishop Addagatla Innaiah of the Srikakulam Diocese to serve for tribal children at the diocesan boarding facility. The sisters are also engaged in village ministry, contributing to the spiritual and social upliftment of the local community.

10. ST. JOSEPH CONVENT – PEDDA UMMENTHAL
Most Rev. Joji Marampudi, the Archbishop of Hyderabad, invited the Little Sisters to engage in pastoral activities at the Annunciation Parish in Pedda Ummenthal and to run the Infant Jesus English Medium School, which is owned by the Hyderabad Archdiocese Educational Society. His Grace blessed the house as St. Joseph’s Convent on January 28, 2008.

11. KRUPA BHAVAN – ATMAKUR
The Little Sisters are working in the school run by the Vincentian Fathers in Atmakur. The Sisters dedicated themselves to educating the children and to collaborate in the pastoral work of the parish.

12. JUBILEE HOME – VISAKHAPATNAM
Invited by His Grace Mallavarapu Prakash, Archbishop of Visakhapatnam, the Little Sisters took on the responsibility of caring for the retired priests of the diocese at Jubilee Home.

13. GREMSDORF – BAMBERG – GERMANY
The Little Sisters were invited by the St. John of God Brothers to provide support to inmates struggling with mental and physical disabilities, and senior citizens at their institute in Gremsdorf. The convent was officially blessed by the Archbishop of Bamberg, Rt. Rev. Ludwig Schick, on July 12, 2017. Currently, five sisters in two communities, continue to serve in this mission.

14. ST. JOSEPH DENTAL COLLEGE – PINAKADIMI
At the request of Most Rev. Jaya Rao Polimera, Bishop of Eluru, our mission started in the year 2022 at the diocesan Dental College in Eluru, focusing on the Pharmacy and B.Sc Nursing School sections.
15. ST. ALPHONSA SCHOOL – MALAPPURAM
In 2023, Bishop Rt. Rev. Remegious Inchananiyil of the Diocese of Thamarassery requested the service of the Little Sisters in the diocesan St. Alphonsa English Medium School, as well as for pastoral ministry in Oorakam, Malappuram, Kerala.
16. SACRED HEART HIGH SCHOOL – MOTHKUR
Cardinal Poola Anthony, Archbishop of Hyderabad and Apostolic Administrator of the Nalgonda Diocese, invited the Little Sisters in 2023 to assist in the girls’ boarding and teaching at Sacred Heart High School in Mothkur.
17. SACRED HEART CONVENT – USA
In July 2023, Rev. Fr. Ronald Giannone, OFM Cap, the Executive Director of the Ministry of Caring, requested the service of our sisters to care for homeless children and attend to HIV/AIDS patients and elderly individuals in the Diocese of Wilmington, Delaware.
